Well I’m thirteen and I took an otc sleeping pill just over an hour ago. They haven’t really been working lately (I don’t take them regularly) and I’m getting kinda bored :/ They instructions say to take two regular capsules or one extra-strength. I have the extra-strength ones. I don’t know if it would b a bad idea to take another. Any suggestions?

Ok, so I have some Starbucks coffee flavored liqueur. It’s made with coffee beans, so I assume it has caffeine as well as alcohol. If I am trying to get sleepy, is this stuff a bad idea? Will it make me jumpy like coffee, or sleepy like liquor?

I have Thanatophobia (Fear of death). At night, when i try to fall asleep, i think about death and all that.
What is the best way I should keep my mind off of it or best way to fall asleep? Should I get some professional help?
When I think about death at night, I think death is just darkness. That there is no heaven nor hell. Just in plain darkness for thousands of years
I have chest pain right now. I didn’t do a thing. It feels like its inside. It started on monday. All i did was what i usually do on weekends. Sleep in, watch TV, internet. But I had a lot of AMP that day. Could anyone tell me why that is?
BTW, im only 13. I know, AMP for kids? bad idea…

After reading through alot of info on the net, i am beginning to thing that Ambien is a really bad idea to give to someone who has PTSD and is a recovering alcoholic. What do you think? and What would you do if you were in the situation?

I am in chronic pain and my doctor said I should get a sleep study to see if I have sleep apnea. But to consult a specialist will run me 0 and then the test is probably going to cost a bunch too. I figured for 0 I could get a cpap machine and a mask and just try the therapy and see if it has a positive effect. Is this a good or a bad idea?

Or is it an incredibly bad idea? I just mean occasional usage of OTC, non-habit forming sleeping pills.
If they were prone to hypoglycemic episodes during the night, would that be a definite no to sleeping pills?

I have to start working early really soon, I have to wake up at 5am M-F. I need tips on how to change my sleeping habit ASAP. I’m not really a morning person, I usually sleep around 2-3am and I need 7-8 hours of sleep to function, I would like to start sleeping around 10pm. I am thinking about taking over-the-counter sleeping pills as a last resort, let me know if this is a good or bad idea. Thanks!

I am not talking about sympathy pains. I am talking about ALL of it. I mean the morning sickness, swollen feet, heartburn, gas, swollen and tender breasts, weight gain, fluid retention, insomnia, lack of energy. Also the contractions would not be a bad idea either.
I think that I read somewhere that someone was working on making this possible so that men could sympathize better with their wives. Have anyone ever heard of this?
