I am a 21 year old female and I have been having some weird symptoms that I’m not sure what is causing it!

Well to start off I have had chronic nausea since 2005 (almost a year after my 1st son was born, possible hernia?) I usually feel sick later in the day. The last 2 weeks I have been dealing with horrible stomach cramps (like I need to go to the bathroom, #2) and I usually try and go and sit there and suffer until I can’t take it anymore, I end up taking gas pills and some anti-diarrhea medicine. I know this isn’t good but I just can’t take it anymore! I usually am fine for 2 days or so then here comes the cramps and the softer stools again! I usually try to let my body get whatever out so I can have relief but nearly an hour later, once again I’m fed up and end up taking gas pills and anti-diarrhea.

What could be causing this? I currently have tricare insurance and I’m attempting to get in to see my GP and get a referral to see a specialist or something. I can’t take much more of this! Its making me severely depressed!

I also want to add that my doctor has me on zoloft 300 mg a day and cymbalta for my anxiety and depression and I can’t be taking off of this medicine as of right now. I also am dealing with severe fatigue and insomnia

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME! I don’t know where else to turn and I NEED advice!! =(

I have Bipolar 1 Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, anxiety and depression.

I was on medication for a year including Abilify, Welbutrin, Effxor, Ambien and Klonopin.

For the entire time I took the medication I felt lie a zombie. I didn’t want to do anything, and it took everything I had just to do the bare minimum. It worked overly well for stabilizing my mood- I just didn’t care enough about anything at all to put up much of a fight.

So about two weeks ago I stopped taking my medication because I just couldn’t stand it anymore. Things have improved in a lot of areas including in my feelings and actions. I actually wake up and get things done that I need to get done, and even finally find some joy and motivation in the things I used to like doing. The problem is that without the medication I do face other problems such as being easily irritated, waking up several times a night with difficulties of getting back to sleep and I continue to have panic attacks, especially when I wake up at night.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to deal with any of these problems, especially associated with the illnesses that I have. I’d really like to give it a shot and do this on my own without medication or therapy (tried it for 6 months and got no positive results) because I think that’s the only real way I am going to be able to honestly deal with it and stick to it without being an over medicated zombie.

I am currenlty taking 50mg of Zoloft per day which is great for my anxiety and depression, but causes insomnia.
I had heard that Effexor can help relief the same symptoms, but will not cause insomnia… has anyone experienced it first hand?

How many hours of sleep should I be getting?

I am a 13 year old girl, and I do sports a couple nights a week. But, I do have sleeping problems, and I had been taking melatonin for a while, but I stopped because I’m not supposed to take it for more than 2 months in a row. I do have anxiety and depression which contributes to sleep trouble, but I have been getting like 4 to 6 hours of sleep during the week every night. How much sleep should a person my age be getting every night? I have been feeling exhausted lately.
