I’m 20 years old and I have a sleeping problem. I can sleep a 13 hour night and I am still dead tired only a couple hours later, and I go back to sleep, i just can’t get enough. I always want to lay down and I can’t even get a job because of htis. I’m always tired. I take Celexa for anxiety, but that’s it. This has been going on for the past few months. I would go to the doctor but I don’t have insurance, so do you have any ideas?
I have been taking celexa forever, i’ve never had this, i’m sure it’s not from that

I have had problems sleeping since about October of 2006. Recently my sleep schedule has become worse and I am now staying up until 2 am because I cannot sleep. Is there anything that I can try, besides pills, that can help me sleep that maybe you guys have tried. Helpful advice is apreciated.
I have anxiety issues and my boyfriend is in Iraq right now. I try to do as much as possible to make sleep easier but I still need help.

wake up at a certain time-such as 7 in the morning and or just do something tiring so it will be easier to go to sleep earlier?
Just like caffeine and other substances(not drugs,wait-drugs too (just like the one that was supposed to help me with anxiety)) After a short while- my body doesn’t tolerate it. So I have only natural methods as an option to fix any sort of internal problem.
Thanks!

My little one will only fall asleep in my arms.. then I have to transfer him to his crib. If I put him down in his crib when he’s sleepy, but still awake, he’ll wake up & have anxiety ie; breathing fast, feet kicking etc….How do I break this habit & get him so he falls asleep on his own?

I have many symptoms of sleep apnea but my sleep study shows that it is not an issue. I am tired all the time, no energy or motivation. Depression and anxiety are a major problem. I wake up many times a night feeling like I cannot catch my breath, like my chest is very heavy and not getting enough air/oxygen. What other conditions could cause these symptoms?

My neurologist just prescribed me melatonin supplements for sleep and anxiety headaches. I read that melatonin supplements can lead to depression and was wondering if it’s acceptable to use 5 htp instead.

I know this is my third question but new details. (:
The only sleep I got today was probably from 10AM-1:30 PM
I don’t get much regular sleep (i often go to sleep as late as 5 or 6 AM and sleep to afternoon). I really want to sleep tonight but I have anxiety-related breathing problems that make falling asleep hard and uncomfortable. Any tips?
forgot a detail. my mom and i already went to a clinic where we had pills perscribed. they do not seem to have taken effect.

My doctor prescribed it to me to help reduce anxiety so that I could go to sleep. I am just wondering if it really works for this. Also does it make you feel drowsy in the morning?

Are you now back to normal? I have been suffering from clonazepam withdrawal for 7 weeks now. The symptoms just won’t go away (hypertension, inner tremor, tingling in limbs, anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc.) I just want to know if there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I have frequent hot flashes, insomnia, difficulty remembering things, tendinitis in my ankle, headaches in the back of my head frequently, cold hands and feet sometimes, depression, and anxiety. I have been tested for diabetes and thyroid conditions. What else could cause all of these symptoms, by the way I am a 31 year old female.

What is the best over the counter sleeping aid medicine? I’m having sleep disorder maybe due to stress…
ALSO - any over the counter aids for ANXIETY?
DEPENDENCY risks??
Okay, thanks, I’m actually not really that interested in using medication. I like the all natural approach.
