My friends in the hopsital for overdoing on Ambien and put himself into a short coma because his body is healing himself, I’m just wondering how long will he be in the hospital for after taking Ambien, What will happen to him when he wakes up? Will he remember what happened? Will he lose his memory? Please I need to know i’m really worryed with all these questions running through my head

I was on ambien cr 12.5 until I was sent to the hospital for hallucinate for 2 weeks during my sleep. Know all my doctors is not willing to put me back on the medication or try any other sleep aids cause they don’t want a repeat of me going to the hospital but their gotta be something that will not hallucinate me?

I have been taking 10mg of ambien every night for a little over a year. Suddenly I feel extremely anxious and I keep having suicidal dreams even though I do not feel suicidal. Can I just stop taking the Ambien? I cannot handle feeling this anxious for much longer.

Okay I have two big problems with my insomnia. It’s falling asleep, and staying asleep. The doc gave me some Rozerem samples and it didn’t help me that much. Which sleeping pills have helped you the most? I’ve been considering Ambien CR, but does it help you fall asleep quickly, along with helping you stay asleep? And does Lunesta have the same Short Term Amnesia side affects as Ambien?

I used to use Ambien, but it no longer is reliable. I’ve been told about ROZEREM 8mg. tabs – they claim they work like a a dream and are not addictive. This is a new drug. I was using Ambien to fall asleep, but now I hear wonderful reports about ROZEREM tablets, 8 mg. to fall asleep & Stay asleep. they say non-addictive. It costs /tablet. Please has anyone out there tried ROZEREM? How well does it perform? Any side-effects? I appreciate your responses.
Thank you Nursegirl – I just tried a Rozerem last night & am I angry! It never put me out to sleep, and I swear it simply made me feel dull all the next day. I’m going back to Ambien. it’s not perfect, but does give me some sleep. So would you say Lunesta is worth trying? Thanks for your input.

I know there have been studies that state marijuana shortens rem sleep, BUT I get the BEST night’s sleep after I smoke marijuana, and ONLY when I smoke marijuana. Way better even when I take 1 or 2 ambien pills without smoking marijuana. I always wake up at least 2 or 3 times during the night if I don’t smoke marijuana, even if I take ambien. For me, smoking marijuana is a guaranteed good night’s sleep.

Please, no biased answers. Please, do not tell me not to smoke marijuana. No, I am not a daily marijuana smoker.

Hello,

Today I took .5mg of xanax before each flight I took (I have EXTREME flying anxiety). I took .5mg about 7 hours ago and another .5 mg approximately 5 hours ago. I slept a little on the plane and I am now not feeling any effects of the medication.

I have been taking 10 mg of Ambien for about two years. I was wondering if it would be okay to take my dose tonight to recover from this horrid jet lag.
