Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
I have had trouble sleeping for many years..I’ve had sleep studies etc.. I’m thinking about asking my Doc about Ambien CR Has anyone ever taken it and if so, what do u think about the medication? Thanx

My friend wants some of my Ambien CR. If he got sick or died, will I face any charges?
For some reason I think that Ambien CR ad that Y!A has running now is slowing my system down… anyone else noticing this?
I take ambien cr every night about an hour before bedtime! I fall asleep really fast but only sleep from about 10 to 2 am and have a hard time going back to sleep, if you have this problem what have you taken to keep you asleep all night?
Every time the Ambien CR ad is on a Yahoo webpage, it makes my browser hang up or crash. Every time! I’m seeing it at Yahoo Finance message boards.

I’ve been on Ambien cr for a couple of years and it doesn’t put me to sleep. Sometimes I take two and it still doesn’t work. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Are there stronger meds out there?
I see a psychiatrist for meds. I’ll definately tell him. It seems mostly likely I have just built a tolerance to it, as some of you have suggested.

Yahoo for some stupid reason has Ambien Cr advertising on Answers. However every time the dang Commercial pops up my computer locks up and I wind having to reboot or closing the window.

I’ve been taking Ambien CR for about a month now and my short term memory has been just awful. I know, I know, I need to get off of it, and I’m planning on doing that tonight. Once I stop taking CR, though, will my short term memory boost and be back to normal or will I have to live with a bad short term memory for a long time?

So I know I’m young but I was diagnosed as an insomniac because of a panic disorder, a couple of months ago. My doc was apprehensive to give me a prescription that would change my personality but turns out he did it anyway. First I was on Trazadone which was first medically introduced as an anti-depressant. But that caused a big drop in my blood pressure and caused a constant upset stomach. Then I was on Ambien CR which makes me have massive headaches, feel terrible in the mornings, and become irritable and cranky. I need a new prescription and advice from someone who has a had sleep disorder. I have a feeling the doctor might give me something useless again. help me…
