Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
The sleeping drug. I heard it has two parts, one to help you fall asleep and the other to help keep you asleep. My Doc said that it only gives you an extra 20 minutes or so over the regular ambien. Anyone have personal experience or a friends’ expereince to share?
i have never taken sleeping meds before. i was prescribed ambien today, and the literature i got from the pharmacy says to take it at least 2 hours after eating. i normally have a light meal before bed… so what is going to happen if i eat now and then take one of my pills?
Is it safe to take Darvoset with Ambien? A family member of mine recently had a surgery and is taking this combination of medicines, I’m not sure if this is a good idea or not.
I’ve taken both, and notice they have some overlapping effects. I’m curious to see what combining the two would be like. I’m talking real absinthe, with a thujone content.

I have generic but I do not feel like it works as well as the real Ambien. I am considering switching to the Real brand. Any ideas?
I have horrible insomnia…it was about an hour and a half ago when I drank chamomile tea(was feeling anxious)….and now I still can’t sleep. Is it ok to take an ambien without adverse effect?

Concerns about ambien causing weakness in baby’s breathing,they gave her caffeine twice while on breathing machine.Shes breathing fine now.Few more days in hospital to make sure.

Most of the people who I know who’ve used ambien to get to sleep said they got this kind of thing.
But I’ve never. Ahh is something wrong!?

I have been taking Ambien for quite a while and I’ve noticed that it gives me amnesia once it hits me. I barely remember talking to people on the phone, and I have no idea what we talked about. It’s weird because I vaguely remember talking on the phone, but not to who or what about. Eventually on in the day I remember who I talked to, but I never remember what we talked about.
Is this normal?
