Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
I’m fifteen years old and I can’t sleep just for one night, NOT every night. I’ve never took a sleeping pill b4. Would I sleep through the entire next day or something if I took like an advil or something like that?
I’ve been having a real hard time getting to sleep every night. Sometimes I’m up till 12, 1, or 2am, and then I have to wake up at 6 every morning. But I don’t know, just can’t seem to fall asleep lately. I’ve already tried Unisom, nothing. Advil PM, nothing. Even a vitamin called Nature’s Made Melatonin. Any other good ones out there? Thanx!
I’m not going to do it; I was just curious because I’ve heard some people say 10, while others say 30. How many does it really take? And I don’t prescription sleeping pills, I mean ones you can get at the store like Advil or Motrin.
Like my head hurt really bad for like, two hours but right after I took the advil pills it went away. Is anything bad going to happen? :/ I’m starting to think I shouldn’t have taken it.
But I start school tomorrow & I won’t get any sleep if I don’t take sleep aids. Should it be alright to consume both ibuprofen & diphenhydramine so close to each other?
I’m taking Singulair and R-Tanna ( generic for Rynatan-NF ) for my allergies. Can i take Advil PM, or doxylamine succinate tablets ( Kirkland’s sleep aid ) or any other sleep aid with those two meds?
I took two advil earlier for my headache & it hasn’t completely gone away. Plus, I’m tired, but can’t sleep. =\

Don’t assume or get any ideas about me because of a simple question. I ask because I am writing a story in which my main character takes a bottle of sleeping pills to "shut everything off". Doctor prescribed or over the counter ones will work. Something that doesn’t involve, benadryl, tylenol, advil or aleve or whatever would help, thanks…
dont say Advil or Tylonol PM because its not just for that.
I recently hurt my shoulder in a tennis match after hitting a serve. The doctor said to load up on Advil but the improvement I get from the Advil is disproportionate to the drowsiness I experience and the bad temperament that results. My shoulder only hurts when I’m on the court so it seems inappropriate to be taking the Advil off the court too (as the doctor said I should). I appreciate any suggestions for natural solutions!
I have muscle tension in my back and found I have difficulty getting proper sleep. When I take Advil PM I feel rested and remember some of my dreams. I have now taken Advil PM twice and feel better. Why is this? I think something is wrong with me. I can’t sleep well.
My 15th birthday was yesterday, and I want to put an end to my sleeping problems. Since I have been a child I have gotten myself to sleep by rocking back and forth in my bed. The only time I have ever gotten to sleep without this is from not sleeping the past day or taking an Advil PM. Please give me help on getting to sleep without rocking. When i try to just lay there I find it boring, and that rocking is much more comfortable. Please help.

my allergies are really bad right now and i need something. all i have is advil, expired benadryl, and dayquil cold/flu pills.
I understand that you may die, but I’d like a more in depth answer..over the counter sleeping pills or even something like Advil or Tylenol, let’s say 10 or 15. I just need an in informative answer at all the possible outcomes of the situation, what would most likely happen, hours etc. Is it more of a peaceful death.. or?
Nevermind about 10-15, let’s say anywhere from 20-40.
