Sleep Problems…?
For the last few years, I have had problems sleeping at night. I’m constantly feeling tired, and my eyes always look bloodshot and wrinkled underneath and bruised. Is there any way of clearing this all up.. also should I start taking sleeping pills to sleep at night? I haven’t taken any before because I don’t know how safe they are. PLEAS HELP!!! Thanks.

No, don’t start sleeping pills until you have exhausted other avenues in resolving your sleep issue. Stop all caffeine products by late afternoon. Make sure that you have had some form of physical exercise during the day (a walk?). Have someone observe you sleeping at night. You may have sleep apnea and with this condition, you will not have any sort of true rest. The point is: first look into simple resolutions. Next, get treated by a doc. Don’t look for pills to be the first fix.
so easy
take regular exercises
you will get sound sleep
I had some sleep problems a while back. You have to look at your lifesyle. How much caffeine do you drink and how late do you drink it? Are you giving yourself time to mellow before you actually lay down for bed? Theres so many factors that can contribute to sleepless night. See your Dr and he may prescribe a sleep aide. At least a couple months worth so they can try to break the bad sleep cycle you’re in. The pills today are much better. I used to take Ambien and loved them. I slept for 8 hours straight and always woke up feeling refreshed not sluggish like the old ones used to make you feel. Good Luck.
There is a natural sleep aid called Melatonin, the best you buy at a health food store. You put it under your tongue and it dissolves. It is not habit forming and has been proven to reverse cancer cell growth. It cost about 12.00. You will sleep like a baby and I had beautiful colorful dreams.
