Sleep problems??
for the past few months or so ive been having the worst sleeping problems
no matter what time i go to sleep i always seem to wake up around 6 am and it takes me so long to fall back asleep
and once i do i just wake up again
i cant fall asleep so really i havent been getting much sleep
but the thing is im sooo tired
sleeping pills DO NOT WORK
what is going on
what can i do
i need help!

i have to sleep in complete dark and it has to be REALLY quiet
but seeing its summer and we have no AC my windows HAVE to be open
no drugs nothing like that
im only 16

Drink warm milk it does work then half an hour before bed start a new bed time routine darken the room quieten things down. go to bed don’t watch TV in the bedroom if you can’t sleep after 10 min get up then try again. I hope this helps.
