Yeah, something doesn't sound quite right. It's not like you are not getting enough sleep. You should be stirring at least by that time. That's 11 hours of sleep at a time. I think you do have something wrong. You should check with your doctor.

You might find this effective. It always works for me. Before I go to sleep, I think of the time I want to wake up at and keep thinking of that time until I fall asleep. When I wake up it's always in or around that time. I f that doesn't work, if there is someone living with you, you can ask him/her to wake you up when you want!!

ps. 3am. -- 6pm. = 15 hrs.........how can u sleep that much??!!!!

you sleep for a long time. what if you sleep at night, do you still wake up after more than 9 hours of sleep?. better see a doctor & tell them your condition. it is not normal to sleep more than 9 hours a day.

I know how you feel. I had this exact same problem when I was in the Army and it turned out that I had a sleeping disorder. You should definitely see a doctor and have them do a sleep study to see what is going on.

you are sleeping to many hours if you go to bed at 3am and weak up at 2pm that's 11 hours of sleep the more you sleep the more your body wants to sleep try walking up earlier like 11 am or 12 at the latest. and keep the routine.even on the weekends. make a point to get up as soon as you hear any noise at all. and want ever you do "don't hit the snooze button". good luck.

sounds to me like maybe even though you are getting alot of sleep, it might not be a very restful sleep. do you toss and turn or wake up alot in the middle of yiour sleep? then maybe by the end of your sleep cycleyou are too deep of a sleep to be aroused. have you tried getting a job where you can sleep normal hours, for instance going to bed with sundown andd getting up with sunrise? where you sleep is it pitch black, you can sleep better if your body thinks it is night time, so maybe if you had a better sleep all the way through you could wake up easier. just grasping at straws here trying to help.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.
