I have a 10 month old Persian cat and I have recently noticed that heis snoring at night when he is asleep beside me. Should I take him to the vet? Could he have respiratory problems? Thanks!

If he is acting normal, showing normal signs, that’s fine. But if your see any abnormal signs coming from your Persian that might be connected to the snoring then bring him to see the vet.
I would – might be a respiratory problem but he might have a problem in his nose.
I don’t think it is anything to be worried about but if in doubt a trip to the vets is always a good idea it gives you peace of mind
Ive got 5 of them and they all snor ones been snoring for 12 years now
As long as your cat is well in himself and eating OK, I wouldn’t worry. Because of the way they are bred with flattish faces, Persians do snore a lot.
Persians do snore, but I would definately check with a vet and make sure everything is OK.
Good Luck!
IT MAY BE A RESPITORY PROBLEM AND YOU SHOULD TAKE TO SEE VET. ALSO, IS YOUR CAT OVERWEIGHT CUZ THAT COULD BE THE ISSUE.
