The best thing I know is exercise.  Don&#039;t do it too close to bedtime, but about 5 hours before you want to sleep.  After a while, it will really help you a lot, both to get to sleep and to stay asleep.

Avoid having too much caffeine throughout the day, and especially at night.  A cup or two of coffee earlier in the day is probably okay, unless you are highly sensitive to it.</description>

		<description>What I do is I drink three glasses of water (even if I&#039;m not thirsty), go upstairs, close my door, turn on the fan, have it completely dark, open the window a crack, do a couple of crunches so I don&#039;t have a jiggling massacre of a stomach once I wake up, get into be, pull the covers over my body, and sleep on my stomach. That&#039;s how I do it. Hope it helps</description>
