It takes me anywhere from 30 minutes to four hours, but I find making up a story in my head helps, because then I have to fill in plotholes and start making up personalities, and then I get so bored that I just fall asleep. :] I’m still working on the same story from first grade… ;D
Different people falls aspeep at different times
the average person should sleep for 8 hours.
It takes me about 10 minutes, sometimes 5. The less caffeine I’ve had during the day, the more quickly I fall asleep. Also, if I go to bed at the same time every night I am more likely to fall asleep more quickly.
hi, i work in ER, so i at night i am always very tiered, it takes 15 to 30 minutes to fall asleep. if you have problems with sleeping try to have a long walk before sleeping, or have a bath and take care
it takes me about an hour. Usually i just lie there and try to clear my mind of everything that happened today and don’t worry about tommorrow so I don’t worry and stay up.
I usally go to bed at 10:30 and if im hyper it takes me an hour and if im not 30 – 45 min.
It use to take me awhile to fall asleep at time. Now, it only takes me around 5-10, depending on how tired I am. Don’t drink any caffeine/sugar 4 hours before bed time. Also, eating 3 hours before bed can disrupt your sleep, so dont eat a few hours before bed. Drinking warm milk also has been known to make you sleepy. Dont watch any screens (tv, computer) before bed. Try reading a magazine while laying in bed, this will hopefully make you sleepier.
When you got to bed,Just think about your passed day activities,and you should be asleep.It usually takes about fifteen minutes for a person to go to sleep unless something is bothering you .
I go to bed at 11pm and have the window open for fresh air. It takes less than 30 min.
well i used to be in this situation . Before i go to sleep i usually practice (running inside the house, yoga) still i get tired a bit then i go to bed and fall in sleep easily, it works 90%(unless u drink too much caffeine before go to sleep). I hope that work for u .

Less than an hour. I listen to music on my iPod and take melatonin.
