And every time I get Depressed or mad and I can’t handle the pressure
I’ll take like 2, but lately I’ve been taking like 3 or 4 and my parents and friends are starting to get a little suspicious…. I don’t know what to do?

Ok there are 3 different kinds of sleep aids:
1- SSRI’s (anti-depressant) like Tramadol, Amitryptaline
2- Benzodiazepines ( sedatives) like Lorazepam, Diazepam, Xanax
3- Hypnotics (self explanatory) like Zopliclone
THese are available by prescription only and in my opinion are all addictive, however, dependancy and/or abuse would be best determined by which drug you’re taking.
The SSRI group is deemed the "safest".
Try to wean off whilst substituting a natural product for the doses you are taking away. Valerian Root which is available in tea, tablet or tincture is best, as well as Melatonin which is a natural amino acid your body will use to increase your seretonin. All are available at a Pharmacy.
if u are addicted you cant live without it try not taking….
u should only take when its bedtime not when ur depressed
If you’re addicted to sleeping pills then you can’t sleep well without them.
And since your number of pill intake is increasing, it’s taking more and more pills to get the same effect right?
Ask your parents or friends to refer you to someone who can help.
I don’t take pills but I would assume in order to determine weather or not you are addicted to sleeping pills just try going a week with out them. If you can’t do it then you are probly addicted.
