How do I get to sleep faster and better?
I’m thirteen and I have a real sleep problem. I go to bed at 10:00 pm and i wake up at about 6:30 am. Sometimes it takes me hours to sleep and other times I just don’t sleep. And even if I do get to bed I always wake up in the middle night and can’t get back to sleep. Also if I take medicine it makes it harder to get up in the morning or it doesn’t work. What are some good affective ways to help me get to sleep better and faster?

You could take a hot bath or shower then drink a glass of warm milk. It works for me and I’m around your age so I bet it’ll work for you.
With your parents’ permission, I think I would recommend chamomile tea. Bigelow or Celestial Seasonings brand, "Sweet Dreams" or "Sleepy Time" flavor.
Also, try listening to peaceful, smooth-sounding music (instrumental mostly).
Exercise during the day.
Drink Tea.
Engage in mental stimuli before bed (like reading a book or solving a cross-word puzzle)
Turn off the TV or other electronics that may be distracting you from falling asleep.
Take a hot bath.
