I went off Cymbalta and Remeron about a week ago and now I’m dizzy, have uncontrolled thoughts, insomnia, lack of appetite, headaches, and coldness… does anyone know how to get over these withdrawal symptoms?

Withdrawl effects of antidepressants will wear off in a week or two. If I were you or someone who cares about you, the "uncontrolled thoughts" are a concern as this is not a normal reaction to going off your medications. As for the other symptoms put together with "coldness" (I assume a feverish feeling of being cold, but not really being cold) sounds like a flu or some other bug…not going off antidepressants. Of course, it could just be a return of your depression/anxiety symptoms since you didn’t say if you went off them properly (after being at least 6 months free of symptoms and gradually weaning off of them) or not…
Obviously if you didn’t wean off of them and quit taking them early you are going to suffer with the return of symptoms and the mild withdrawl effects of antidepressants….either way, you’re body is going to get over the withdrawl and the underlying illness, well unless you do something about it (or are lucky enough for your mood to get better on it’s own, which is possible) chances are you’re screwed.
find an alternative (not more drugs!) like before you went on cymbalta and remeron, what were your favorite activities? try to find something to get your mind off of it like sewing. make sure you drink liots of water.
