how can i neutralize the bad symptoms of drinking coffee?
look coffee puts me in a very beautiful mood..at morning only..then at night;insomnia,depression,colon disorder,also it may give a tired face..
u think anything can netralize these things
actually it’s nescafe wid milk
i dont want to give it up..i want to take 1 cup a day ‘n mayb i’ll need t take another thing wid it that can eliminate its bad effects…what is it this thing?

Start mixing caffeinated coffee with decaf and then slowly go to all decaf. Withdrawal from caffeine can cause headaches so it is best to start reducing your caffeine intake slowly. Also, drink lots of water,
best thing would be to stop drinking coffee altogether.
edit: If you like the flavor of coffee, chew coffee gum.
only drink it in the morning or early afternoon. You must limit yourself. Coffee is already starting to turn my teeth yucky colors and I’m only 29.
when ever you get the urge to drink some coffee, grab some gum or candy. also drink some water
