Has anyone out there used melatonin to help them sleep?

what are the affects? does it help? does it make you groggy in the morning? how many hours should i devote to sleep when taking it? any opinions from people with personal experience pertaining to melatonin would be nice. thank you!

Melatonin is great for helping you fall asleep. It shouldn’t affect anything else. You should start with 3Mg’s. If that doesn’t work you can take 4 or up to 5Mg’s. You’ll sleep as long as your body needs. Probably 8-9 hours.
If that doesn’t work, drink warm milk!! You can add honey to make it taste great, and it works! Please don’t knock it till you try it! lol It has the natural chemical Tryptophan, which makes you sleepy.
