I hve a trouble going to sleep and I want to use small amount of melatonin.

Treat the problem - not the symptom. Why do you have trouble going to sleep? Do you go to bed at the same time each evening? Do you mellow out when it is time to get ready for bed?
Try things like warm milk or chamomile tea before using melatonin. Your brain normally produces enough melatonin to put you to sleep so you could take it once in a while, for example, if you have been traveling and your internal clock is confused.
