Does melatonin affect testosterone or androgen levels in males?

Does Melatonin increase or decrease these hormones?

The only thing I know about melatonin is that it plays a crucial role in the sleep-wake cycle (i.e., increased melatonin makes you sleepy). I have never heard about it having any effect on those hormones.
I would think it would decrease it.

Melatonin will increase testosterone while decreasing spern production.
Melatonin is also an anti estrogen.
This is good for women (prevents breast cancer) and great for men, unless a man is planning on having children during supplementing melatonin or within 6 months after.
