Does anyone know of a good over the counter sleep aid medicen?

I am a senior in high school and have missed a ton of days of school including today because I just cant sleep at night. I toss and turn and try sleeping in differnet places in the house and nothing works. Does anyone know of a good over the counter sleep aid?

Tylenol PM will put you rite out quickly
I use a homeopathic one called Calms Forte. It is nonaddicting and it doesn’t knock you out. I love it because it helps me sleep throughout the night and it doesn’t make me feel weird when I wake up in the morning. You can find it at most drugstores with the sleepaid stuff.

you can also try aleve pm or tylenol pm.
tylenol pm if you also have pain but if not there is something called simply sleep. that works really well. start out with just have the recommended amount and if that doesn’t work take the recommended amount. have a good night!!!
Benadryl (diphenhydramine)
Take 4-6 capsules at bedtime and you will sleep fine.
