My cat is a terror in the car. He vomits and goes to the bathroom on himself until we arrive at our destination. He needs to go to the vet and I have been dreading taking him. I heard benadryl could be a solution to this problem. How much should I give my cat? He weighs three pounds.

how do u make a font like the words "Insomniac"
I’ve had insomnia for 5 months. I am currently on my 7th day of being awake, and have only had 4 hours real sleep in 10 and a half days. I know that I will have probably got some sort of REM sleep without realising.
But when do other insomniacs finally fall asleep? Last time I slept after my 8th day, its just that I don’t feel that bad today, so I am guessing I could go on for another 2 days or more.
We have a custom kids bed-making business, and this year is difficult on sales. I’m trying to get our prices low enough to be affordable for the average middle class family but high enough to still earn a living.
My question is to parents: What prices would you think are reasonable for a toddler or twin wooden bed that is custom-made how you like it? Is there a threshold which you would not exceed for a toddler bed shaped like an airplane or car, or a twin?
Thanks. Some input from people going through the economic downturn will really help.
For 2 weeks I have been waking up with bug bites all over my body. They started on my arms and legs, then when I wear long-sleeve shirt to bed, they moved to my hands. They moved to my necks some days later. Today I got 4 on my face. I think I have bed bugs on my bed. I already washed the sheet and comforter once, but it doesn’t work. What should I do? I don;t have any pet either.
Excuse me but I take showers twice a day and wash my sheets and comforter once a week. I keep my place all neat. How am I nasty?
I have a migrating problem that travels between my hip, hamstring, knee and quad where from time to time, whether I am running or not, it feels like the muscle or joint is going to "give out" and i might fall over mid stride. There is no pain associated with this, just a sensation of having no strength left. It feel like fatigue but it happens whether I have been running or not. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas what it might be?
I suffer from severe chronic insomnia. It’s horrible. I don’t take meds or anything I just try my best to deal with it.
So does anyone have any good tips on how to get through the day when you have insomnia and you’re tired and confused all the time? How do you deal with work, school, love, stress, etc?
I don’t need tips on how to fall asleep, as I’ve tried everything in the book. I’d just like to know how other insomniacs cope with everyday life.
For the past couple of weeks, I haven’t been able to sleep until 4am. So, last night, I decided to take melatonin. I noticed that it took about 2 hours for it to take effect. Is there anything I can eat or drink to speed up the effects? I thought that milk might do the trick, or eating something (only 100 calories or so), but that took two hours still.
A friend of mine has 2 little girls, ages 3 and 2. His wife, on a whim, decided to purchase a bunk bed for them. Myself, and several other friends, think the girls are too young to sleep on the top bunk, but the wife doesn’t want to put both of them together on the bottom. She wants them to sleep in their own beds. The bunk bed is not one that can be seperated as 2 seperate beds, so keeping the beds seperated until they are older is not an option. I was just curious as to what other people thought about this. Are the girls too young to have a bunk bed?
Scared I have on and off stiff neck , night sweats, fever and increased heart rate
So I got a soccer match in about 2 hours, yet i’m feeling tired. My body isn’t necessarily fatigue, but I keep yawning a lot. How do I cure my fatigue before my match WITHOUT the use of disgusting energy drinks?
I’ve been sleeping with the lights on (had anxiety issues for awhile) and am wondering if I could be reducing my melatonin levels by doing this.
I’m a freshman basketball player for my school. We practice daily for a couple of hours. I’d like to know if there is any way to reduce fatigue, and additionally how to reduce energy consumption when running.
