I’ve heard sleeping their face into te pillow has psychological motives like hidding from the world and like this. I’m sleeping like this almost always. I feel comfortable but because of this position the skin on the face doesn’t breath while sleeping and also I a lot of wrinkles appear because of that. I don’t want to have wrinkles of such a thing like this. So maybe somebody knows how can I stop sleeping my face into the pillow?

The sleeping drug. I heard it has two parts, one to help you fall asleep and the other to help keep you asleep. My Doc said that it only gives you an extra 20 minutes or so over the regular ambien. Anyone have personal experience or a friends’ expereince to share?

My machine is using so much distilled water lately. I have to fill it every night before use. I see Walmart changed either manufacturers or stickers on their gallon jugs and I have noticed this since. I put a new filter in recently too and it still uses so much water.
Has anyone had this problem before, and what had to be done to fix it.

Without thinking, I took some nyquil after breakfast. I have 2 more classes to get through today and Im soooo sleepy! I even drank a medium sized latte and it still didn’t work. How long will this last for? and Is there another way to fight off the drowsiness??? Ugh. Why did I have to take that???

Like when you wake up and it might not start right away but then all of a sudden you go to turn your head right or left and you can’t move it all the way and are stopped by pain. This happens once in a while because of sleeping wrong and then it hurts all day long.

Before anyone goes off about health effects. 5 Tylenol PM isn’t good for you either.
Edit – not a junkie. Just can’t make it through my day with 1 – 2 hours sleep. That’s about all I get with Tylenol PM.

Every night i wake up in the middle of the night (around like 2 or 3). Is it just part of puberty or something? Its scary at sleep-over parties cuz when i wake up its all dark and everyones’ asleep. and when i wake up in the middle of the night i feel wide-awake and not like sleepy or watever. am i weird or do i just have a sleeping prob???
and i dont drink chocolate milk, eat cookies, or anything sugary and stuff before bedtime.!!

Obviously one could drink it and compare the effects to when one consumes a known quantity of caffeine, but that would be far from accurate. I am looking for an objective test that I can do that will indicate the concentration of caffeine in a solution. Any chemistry buffs out there? Thanks for the ideas.

OK, I’m a 20 year old female that has been suffering from severe sleep problems for about 2 years now. I can NEVER fall asleep easily. I don’t remember the last time I just laid down and had a good night sleep. I’ve tried everything I can think of:
I haven’t had any soda for 2 months.
I get lots of exercise during the day.
I don’t bring my home phone or my cell phone into the room with me at night. (Used to be a big problem for me)
No matter what time I go to sleep, I always get up around 8-9a which REALLY sucks sometimes, because, like last night I laid in bed til 7.30a before falling asleep.
I’ve tried reading, listening to extremely relaxing music, even watching infomercials.
I don’t know what to do to make my Dr. believe I have something going on with me.
Any suggestions??
I’ve had blood tests run on my thyroid and they say everything is normal, but thyroid problems run in my family. I just don’t think my Dr.’s are caring enough it seems. I ALWAYS feel like they think that I am making it up. I feel like my age makes it look like I will abuse any drug they put me on.

I have been on 20mg of Paxil for about 6 months for bipolar (which I feel is the wrong medication) and I think it gives me nighttime anxiety.

I have an old rockford fosgate amp in a boat I just purchased. It has a wire hooked to the amps rem terminal. the other end goes to a toggle switch on the dash of the boat. Off the other side of the toggle there is just a wire hanging loose. So what is the rem terminal and why go to a toggle switch with it? Thanks!
