Can having a heart arrythmia inhibit REM sleep and thus cause chronic fatigue sypmtoms?

I don’t know the answer to that question but if you are having arrhythmias while you are sleeping, you should have an EKG done. If you have a right bundle branch block or have had dizzy or fainting spells you should ask your doctor about having an electrophysiology study done.
Yes heart arrhythmia’s inhibit the waking hours of the day also not just you REM’s, you need to address the heart problem as soon as you can ‘study study ‘ about the condition you have to understand what’s going on,heart arrhythmia’s are caused by so many things you need to find out whats causing yours, start with a full work up with a good Cardiologist.strong heart strong mind.
