Is it safe to take Darvoset with Ambien? A family member of mine recently had a surgery and is taking this combination of medicines, I’m not sure if this is a good idea or not.
Most nights, i roll around trying to fall asleep. My mind is restless but my body is physically tired. It gets very annoying and i have no idea how to fix it. Counting sheep doesn’t work for me…..
Does dreams have meanings and do they happen?or come true?
how do you know?
I drink one cup of tea a day, and I take my vitamin. I get about 8-10 hrs sleep a night. But I am still almost falling asleep at work. Also, this is my second child.
I started taking Concerta for ADD about a week ago. Since then, I’ve had some problems falling asleep and a loss of appetite. The appetite isn’t too much of a problem yet because I can still make myself eat at regular mealtimes. The sleep however I’m a little worried about. I take Concerta in the morning around 7:30 when leaving for school, and can’t fall asleep til around 1 or 2 a.m. I also noticed that rather than the sleepy drifting off to sleep like I used to, while on Concerta I tend to be awake one minute and asleep the next. Is this problem getting to sleep going to continue as long as I take Concerta? Or will it be like the headaches I experienced the first few days that I don’t get anymore.
I dream throughout my sleep. Let me preface this by stating I know about REM sleep and the cycles of sleep, etc. Doesn’t work like that with me–not for quite awhile. From the moment my head hits the pillow I am already in an internal monologue, which trancends into dreaming.
I have woke up throughout the night several times dreaming a certain dream and it continues each time I fall back to sleep.
My dream life almost challenges my real life. I vivdly remember each dream. Most dreams involve family or friends in some capacity-some are romantic, some are of a same quasi-real place, many are of me on a mission to find something or be somewhere in a hurry. I always seem to be convincing someone of something in my dreams. Thank goodness my dreams aren’t scary or violent, though many times the feeling is that I have to do something or there will be dire consequences. Bottom line is I don’t get a lot of restful sleep. My mind never rests. Anyone similiar? Any thoughts?
Oh–and I am a night owl. I usually don’t get to bed until 2am – many times later. I think best and am most creative at night.
it just rapidly blinks?? what does that mean? how can you blink if u are asleep, or does your eye twitch? help!
I always sleep so soundly when there is a thunderstorm out, anyone know why that is?
My husband suffers from sleep apnea and it makes it difficult for him to get a good nights sleep. I am also aware that it can be fatal. However, we cannot afford a sleep study for an official Dx, nor can we afford a brand new CPAP Machine. I was considering buying a used one on Craigslist. Any ideas?
my brother wont stop snoring and hes to little to take medication what can i do hes six and he sleeps in my bed because hes scared of monsters
Lately I’v been staying up late..so now school is coming around the corner and I hope to actually fall asleep 8 hours before I have to wake up. I can sleep, just that I sleep in WAY to much? So anything except comfortability that can help me fall asleep? Warm milk? Tea? Advil? Sleeping pills? Anything?
I have on several occasions woke up in the midst of REM sleep. I am completely unable to move and my eyes are still rapidly shifting and I can’t stop them. I have gone so far as to start actually creating dream images within (ie. my robe hanging over the side of a chair became a hooded dwarf) my room. I was perfectly aware that I was in a dream state ( I have lucid dreams also) and knew what I saw was my mind creating a dream image. This long and profound episode came not long after having been hypnotized. Has this happened to anyone else? Does the hypnosis play into it?
Now that it’s summer and I have less to do I’ve been going to bed late. This has really messed up how I feel day to day and my sleeping in general. Still, I always end up staying late! How can I break the habit and initiate a more healthy sleeping schedule?
Well, at least the Woods ordeal peaked my curiosity. If it worked for him, maybe it will work for me.
I am not looking for help. I am looking for an answer to my question.
