i have been loading for a few years now and was wondering which powder can i get maximum velocity from my 22inch barreled savage 7mm rem mag?
Most of my friends sleep with a bra on all the time, i usually don’t except for sleep overs, and i was just wondering if its better for you to wear a bra in bed, if not wearing one is bad or something?
Also, if it is good to wear a bra to sleep, is it better to wear a regular bra, or a sports bra?

Today my father was diagnosed with a sleep disorder which has infected or affected his right eye which the doctors told him to take three different eye drops or he may need surgery to avoid being completely blinded in his right eye. I’m just asking that if you, a relative, or a friend that has been diagnosed with this to give me a little help on it or any information about it and if there is something that I can do to help him.
I’m not completely sure but that’s what my father said the doctor told him. My father has memory problems so it wouldn’t be off if his eye has nothing to do with it.

I’m a young and healthy teenager. Height: 5’2" & Weight: 95lbs
I go to sleep around 10 p.m. on a school night and wake up around late 5 to early 6 a.m.
I come home from school by 3 p.m.
Around 5 p.m. I take a loooong nap OR I sleep for the entire day & wake up in the morning the next day.
One day, I slept 18 hours straight.
Why do I sleep so much?
Do I have a sleeping disorder?
I’ve been sleeping so much for a long time.
Also, I’m a vegetarian. I’ve been one for two years.
My husband snores so loudly, I have to leave the room…
He either keeps me awake or wakes me up…
And the snoring is not consistant, it is irratic…
I have bought nose sprays, nose bandaids, throat sprays, nose clips, oils and balms and creams, humidifiers and vaporizers, and I am losing way too much sleep over this…
I have tried ear plugs and that doesn’t work either, I can’t get them to stay in my ears…
I also leave the TV on to try to drown him out and also a fan going in the room…
Nothing on earth works…
I think he needs nose surgery…
I am trying to lucid dream, and I need tips on how to recall my dreams more frequently and clearly. I have heard that I should keep a dream journal, so I will try that first. Is there anything else that can help me?
